Passover begins Monday evening April 22, and continues through Tuesday evening April 30.

Shalom

With thanks to G-d, Israel was miraculously spared from the attack. With 300 UAV, missiles and rockets 99% were intercepted before reaching Israel. It was nothing short of the Divine Hand of G-d.

While we thank G-d for His protective shield and eternal protection, we pray for hate and evil to be eliminated forever, with the coming of Moshiach now!

The most powerful way to fight back, is to actively celebrate your Jewishness, by observing Passover and making it meaningful.

If you are out of RI you can find a Seder in our global seder directory!

Below we’ve selected some of our most popular and helpful resources from our Passover Site where you are sure to find everything you need to get ready for Passover. Be sure to check out our refreshingly beautiful and oh-so-functional Haggadah, which you can order or download for free for your Seder. And if you haven’t sold your chametz yet, we offer a quick and easy way to do that online as well.

With blessings for a joy-filled Passover,

- Rabbi Yossi and Shoshana Laufer, Chabad  of West Bay

Maror is the bitter herb, often horseradish or romaine lettuce. Eaten at the Passover Seder, it recalls the bitterness of Egyptian slavery.

The Passover Seder begins with the child’s question: “Why is this night different from all other nights?” Fundamentally, the question bothering the child is: “Why am I different from children of all other nations?”
